COVID-19 Business Update from The Shredding Alliance
At The Shredding Alliance, we are continually monitoring events and following government guidelines with regard to Covid-19. Our business is classified as key workers during this pandemic and will continue to observe the situation to ensure that we adjust our work practices to follow the guidelines. Our focus is to keep our staff safe, so be assured that we are taking every available step to continually protect our workforce.
Our transport and waste partners are still operating, providing full shredding, recycling and waste collection services to essential businesses, and others, where needed.
We are hugely proud to be supporting key working sectors, continuing to provide our services to those keeping the nation provided for within challenging and hazardous situations.
We are, of course also still providing our waste collection services to customers in all other sectors that require our services. With each enquiry, we are reviewing on a case-by-case basis. Our customer service team are still available to handle any enquiry you may have. Our collection services and routes are continually being adjusted to meet demand and we ask for your patience as there may be delays in arriving to you.
The health and wellbeing of our hardworking staff are our main concern throughout this pandemic. We will continue to review our safety measures as the pandemic evolves. Both our drivers and warehouse teams are following strict distancing rules, as well as using hand sanitiser gel and personal protective equipment including disposable gloves and face masks.
We truly value our relationship with you, our customers. We will continue to provide our flexible and professional service to help you find a solution to your business and domestic shredding, recycling and waste collection. We are all in this together. We are committed to doing the absolute best to help our customers and try and minimise disruption to your business for the duration of the restrictions and beyond.
