We were in the process of moving offices and I contacted The Shredding Alliance via a Google search. Immediately Ann came back to me with all the information I needed. Not only that but within 4 weeks Ann had scheduled me 3 collections! Cannot fault the service of the office and the collection team. Even when we had left the old office I asked if they could call before collecting so that I didn’t have to move the confidential waste with us. Sure enough the courier called to say he was on his way to collect from the old office which meant I could send a colleague to the old office to await collection. Now we are in the new office we have another collection. The price is extremely reasonable and by far the best in the South West! Thank you team. Absolute 5 star service.
